The Ardsley Education Foundation wants to hear your ideas and inspirations.  

• We meet once a month, so if you need immediate funds, submit before the end of the month for us to consider.

  AEF PARAMETERS ON FUNDING: WHAT TYPES OF ITEMS WE FUND
  
• We fund grants that align with our mission statement
  
• We fund items that can be used over and over again, year after year
• We fund items with broad benefits, ones that touch a lot of students
• If grant covers seed money or “kick off”, we will provide initial funding to get the program off the ground, Then, it needs to be added as a budget line item from the District for following years

     WHAT WE DO NOT FUND

• Professional Development - this is not something we want to routinely fund (will consider for whole grade/department, something innovative, but not for individual teachers)
• We do not fund programming
• We do not fund field trips
• We do not fund travel expenses
• We will not fund things retroactively
